About Simone
Simone brings over 20 years of experience in international HR leadership roles, including as Global Head of HR for a rapidly growing oil company. She has led HR due diligence, acquisition, integration, and greenfield investment projects. Her expertise spans both private and not-for-profit sectors, start-ups, and large organizations. Simone has worked with executives, senior management, and leadership teams, with deep knowledge in HR and organizational change.
Simone creates programs in leadership, resilience, change, and complexity. She strengthens individuals and teams by fostering trust, accountability, and resilience. Using experiential training, systemic coaching, and dialogue, Simone builds productive teams that engage in healthy conflict and focus on collective results, with a human-centered approach.
