About Dana

As Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Dana works at the intersection of international management and leadership development. She has over 30 years experience working in and with multicultural teams in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Since 2008, she has been coaching global organizations in various sectors including resource management, energy, luxury, agro-alimentation, pharmaceutical, heavy industry, tech and financial services. She partners with leaders and teams to co-create collective visions, live their values, deepen trust,  generate collective dialogue and perform at their peak. 

Dana’s light-hearted, pragmatic approach helps teams advance quickly towards their goals. She employs a combination of leadership models, positive psychology and science to teams’ current key leadership challenges to create the conditions for magic to happen.
