Education
Evelina’s approach is grounded in her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and certifications in leadership and team assessment, adult development, and coaching. Clients appreciate how she seamlessly integrates cutting-edge science with practical tools to develop leaders’ mental complexity, emotional and relational intelligence, and collective leadership capacity – all in service of advancing enterprise-level goals.

Throughout her career as an external and internal consultant and coach, Evelina has partnered with hundreds of clients in private, public and not-for-profit sector organizations to design and deliver custom engagements at the individual, team, and organizational level. As founder of EJR Leadership Development Inc., Evelina leads a thriving private practice where she is sought out as a trusted executive and team coach for senior leaders and their teams, who consistently elevate their leadership effectiveness, navigate through complex human and organizational challenges, repair and build authentic professional relationships, and improve workplace culture and cross-functional collaboration.
Evelina’s leadership development programs have earned accolades, with her course at the University of Guelph’s Lang Executive Education program being described as “transformational.” She currently teaches in Schulich’s School of Business Masters Certificate in Organizational Development, serves as the Canadian global partner for the Academy of Executive Coaching, and is a Master Practitioner and Faculty for Learning in Action where she certifies team development practitioners in the WE-I Emotional and Relational Intelligence profile. Previously, she was the global subject matter expert and co-leader for the International Coaching Federation’s Team and Group Coaching Community of Practice.
