Valerie Villiger

Valerie is an experienced Organizational Development Consultant and Coach who facilitates transformational learning, innovation and change for leaders, teams and organizations.

Valerie brings passion, energy and commitment to her work, developing leadership and organizational potential that fosters innovative, engaged and collaborative environments Using an integral and systems coaching approach she support clients to explore new perspectives and new ways of thinking that encourages new possibilities for action. It is important to her to deliver results that add value and make a difference to both the people and the business. This desire has fuelled her personal, professional and educational development over 30 years in leadership and organizational development.

Valerie’s specialist areas are leadership coaching and development, team facilitation and coaching, talent management, performance management and organizational and culture change. As a creative and systemic thinker, Valerie has a talent for developing innovative concepts and successfully translating them into pragmatic, integrated and sustainable solutions. An integrated leadership and talent development approach she lead won a Global Pharma Award for innovation and achievement.

Experience

Originally from Canada, Valerie lives in Switzerland where she has established her own consulting business. Before this she worked in Senior Global HR roles with a Major Pharmaceutical Company and in Canada as an Organizational Development Consultant and Training Manager. She has global experience in both internal business roles and consulting across different cultures and complex matrix business environments She has worked with varied industries such as Pharma, IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Consumer and Retail.

She has a degree in Social Science and has completed diplomas in Human Resource Management, Adult Education and Organizational Development. In addition she is a certified ontological coach with additional certifications in Team systems coaching, NLP, change management, and various assessment tools. Over the years she has attended numerous leadership and talent development trainings and continues to enjoy learning, developing herself and exploring ways to express her creativity.
