Ester is an expert Facilitator, Leadership Trainer, Executive and Team Coach who provides clients with individual, team and organizational solutions in a variety of industries and countries, having a broad experience serving people from different cultures. She is currently based in Barcelona (Spain), her hometown, but she works worldwide and she is fluent in 5 languages (Spanish and Catalan – native -, English, French and Italian). Her mission is to have measurable, positive and sustainable impact over time on each person, team and organization she works with. Ester has been appointed a Business Innovation Expert Coach by the European Commission to support European key start-ups.

Ester brings 12 years of coaching and training experience in organizations, having been fully trained as a coach. She holds the following qualifications: Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC) and member of TCI’s faculty. Organization & Relationship Systems Coach. Executive & Corporate Coaching Diploma. Licensed Career Coach. Accredited Coach in BELBIN Team Roles methodology. Authorized facilitator for The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA), DISC and Print Survey. She also uses the Strengths Finder.
She is very enthusiastic about working with leaders. She creates and delivers Leadership programs, she has designed and produced an e-course for Leaders University and she has also written and published a book on leadership.
Before becoming a professional coach, Ester acquired 16 years of broad and varied experience in the business world, firstly as an employee and later Manager in Marketing at multinationals (Henkel, PepsiCo, Myrurgia-Puig) and then becoming self-employed (independent consultant) and entrepreneur.
Ester has a BBA and an MBA from ESADE -Barcelona and a CEMS Master from Università Commerciale L. Bocconi-Milan. She has also completed the first cycle of the Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya).
